Questions about our apps, a privacy request, or something broken? Email us directly — there is no contact form to fill in, and nothing you write is processed by a third-party form service on the way to us.

Everything reaches the same inbox, so there is only one address to remember:

Write about anything — a question about an app, a bug, a feature idea, a privacy or data-deletion request, or a legal matter. Putting the topic in the subject line helps, but nothing depends on it.
How quickly you will hear back
Data protection requests — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection — are answered within one month, as Art. 12(3) GDPR requires.
For everything else: Appinger is one person, so the honest answer is as soon as I reasonably can, usually within a few days. I would rather say that than publish a support target I cannot always hit.

A note on privacy requests
There are no Appinger accounts, so there is no account email for us to match you against. Tell us plainly what you would like us to do and we will answer honestly — which, for data held inside an app, usually means explaining that it is on your device and only you can reach it.
